It's been a long, long time

I haven't written a blog entry in a long time. Why? I'm not really as angry as I was. I don't know why, but I'm not angry. It's futile. Come on - protesting the inauguration? What, he's going to decide "Oh you are right ... I won't stay president ... "

Anyhow, I am writing a new entry today to remind us the Republicans are not the only enemy. Dr. Dean is working on becoming the DNC chair and to institute a massive reform to the party. The entrenched interests don't want him. The DNC leadership doesn't want him. But the voters, the true "owners" of the DNC do want him.

I cannot stand another Kerry bid for office in 08. The discussion of Hillary or Obama is simply absurd. What red state would Hillary or Obama claim that Kerry couldn't? Honestly? It is time to remove the head of the "appeasement beast" that has consumed the Democratic party. Buh-Bye to Senators Kennedy, Kerry, Feinstein, Boxer, Miller, etc. We need a new party, one who isn't afraid to stand up for their constitutients and supporters against the entrenched interests. The DNC does not represent you or me. They represent a shrinking minority of Washington interests, lobbyists, and corporations without enough money to buy a GOP vote. We are now the discount Republican party, all the same values and votes, new lower price!

I cannot stand to have the Republicans run un-opposed in 2008. Which, refer to my open letter to Senator Kerry below on this blog, is what essentially will happen if we continue on our current path.

The DNC chairman competition is heating up and they are again slandering and washing Dr. Dean. We know he can take it. We know they are scared. We know they are fighting for their precious jobs. Because they have not been working for us, and now they will need to find new work. They have turned to actually attacking the Dean backers now -- the near majority of the Democratic party. Remember, Dean was well ahead going into Iowa. He does have the support of a great number of Democrats, and of Republicans who are committed to libertarian ideals (not a Christian agenda).

Do something. I don't know what, but something. And contribute money!. http://www.democracyforamerica.com/contribute.

Thanks for reading, and keep up the fight.
