Chaves County -- The city here is Roswell. Besides the aliens (who always vote for the creepier candidate), it is also home to the New Mexico Military Institute.

San Juan County -- 4 corners area. Aztec, Bloomfield, Farmington, and Shiprock are cities there. Apparently the Navajo like Bush's anti-indigenous policies.
