Not a good sign for ol W. This could make things very interestng. This means that foreign goods will become more expensive to us (cars, oil, etc.) while making our goods more appealing overseas. This is good for firms producing goods for exports (read: multinational firms) but bad for American consumers. And very rarely a good thing for the president.
